Roles and Permissions
The Roles and Permissions module controls what each user is allowed to do.

Example Roles

| Admin | Full system access |
| Doctor | Can view assigned patients and appointments |
| Receptionist | Can register patients and manage appointments |
| Patient | Can view own records and appointments |
